House is Sold!

We closed on the house sale yesterday, been a lot of fun projects and total remodel on my first home that I purchased back in 2001. It was hard saying goodbye to it with all the memories.
Thanks to Shane and Anne our realtors at Real Living Cypress Realty. Could not have been a smoother sale and they found the perfect buyer.

Now all we need to do is drive 3400 miles and find a new place to build, remodel or pitch a tent on :) 

Lanai to Lounge On

Going to miss all the fun projects at this  place, the lanai was a big but fun one.

Can't wait to see what the next one will turn out like. So many possibilities!
