We looked at lots of properties and this one just spoke to us.
We had such a GREAT realtor, Kathy Weldon, from At The Beach Realty in Lincoln City, OR that really worked overtime to help us find the right place to call our own.
We have lots of work to do with an older double wide trailer that needs lots of remodeling. Once we get it up and livable we'll be staying there until we get the Forever-Home built closer to the river.
There are salmon and trout in the river and I can't wait to sit out there with a bucket of beer that we can actually chill in the river since it's nice and cool year round.
Lots of big, BIG trees and loads of flowers to check out.
